All payments must be promptly processed.

If you have a question about your order, please send us a message. If you send an email, we try to respond within 24 hours. Sometimes, your email may take a little longer if my staff needs to ask me a question first. My staff checks emails throughout the day every day. Please understand that your emails are important to us and we will answer your question as quickly as possible.

When your order is ready to be processed, we will then contact you if we have any questions regarding your color choices on a product, or if something is out of stock, etc. When your order has been shipped, your tracking number will automatically update in our system through your receipt page. Feel free to track your package through www.usps.com.

We are currently shipping in 1 business day. We usually do not ship orders or answer emails on weekends so that our staff can spend the weekend with their families. We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound.

Your package will be delivered to the address that is on your Paypal account. We may not be able to change your address after you have paid for your order. Please make sure you choose the correct first and last name and address at checkout.


Expedited shipping is available for added shipping cost.

If you would like insurance on your package, please send an email to us before you pay and we will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

We are a family oriented, home-based business. We believe that family is first and business is second.

Refunds and Exchanges Refunds or exchanges are given once the item has been shipped by the buyer back to the seller. If you are not happy with your items, then the buyer must pay to ship their unused items in its entirety back to the seller for a refund or exchange.

Please note that the color of the items may change depending on the dye lots due to the manufacturing process. The color of the item may also be different in person based on the customer's computer screen and color quality settings.

Also, it is highly suggested that all international buyers purchase insurance on their packages. If you are an international buyer, your order will be shipped first class mail, which takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location. We do suggest that you purchase the priority mail upgrade, because this should have your order delivered to you within 6-8 business days. The priority upgrade will automatically include insurance on your package, which helps so that we can file a claim on any lost packages that will cover the expense of any package that is lost in the mail.

If your item is lost in the mail, we ask that you call the post office and use the tracking number provided to see what has happened with your package. If your order is lost and you paid priority mail shipping, then your order will be automatically insured. The post office will let us file a claim 2-3 weeks from the time it has been lost. After the post office files the claim and sends us the check, then we can re-send your products to you, or we can give you a refund.

We are not responsible for items that are marked as delivered, and you do not have the package. Please call the post office if this happens, and they can help you track down your package. If your package is returned back to us, we can re-ship it to you.

If you place a large order, then it is suggested that you pay for insurance just in case your order is lost in the mail. If your item is lost in the mail, we are not responsible for these items. After we have shipped the item to your Paypal address then please use the tracking number to track your package. All items have tracking. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, then we are not responsible for that missing item.

Again, it is important to request to pay for insurance in case your items are lost or damaged in the mail.
Additional Policies and FAQs

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hairbowsuppliesetc.com and send your item to: 3423 Fallen Oak Drive Buford Georgia US 30519. Please attach a note with your first and last name, order number, and reason for exchange in the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
